Limits, without the surprises.

What happens if I go over my monthly messages?

Your chatbot keeps answering. We never switch it off mid-month, because a silent chatbot means missed leads. We'll email you when you reach 80% of your limit and again at 100%, so it's never a surprise. If you're over most months, add extra messages from Billing ($9.99 per 1,000 a month) or move up a plan.

Do unused messages roll over?

No. Your count resets on the 1st of each month. Extra message packs add to every month's limit until you remove them, and you can change the amount any time from Billing.
